What is T2C?
Timesheet 2 Competency is a way of automating the calculation of a person’s skill level.
Since timesheets are already generated by operational staff we can utilise these to work out how much experience and competency someone has in a particular area.
By setting thresholds for competency levels we can compare time served or number of jobs to identify if a person has met the requirements for that competency level.
Organisations can then quickly identify if a person is experienced and competent in a particular area and make informed decisions on resourcing and development.
Each person will have a competency profile that is created from their timesheets.
High-level views can be drilled down to specific timesheets.
Competencies can be items like Asset Groups and Equipment for example.
