The UK Government Security Profession has recently awarded a contract to comaea for the provision of an online skills capability tool for the Government Security Profession.
Comaea will host the Security Profession Career Framework and it will be made available across government to all security professionals over the next 2 years.
Already widely used across many government departments and professions such as Project Delivery, Analysts, and Science and Engineering amongst others, comaea was selected through the G-Cloud procurement process.
Manager dashboards will enable local tracking and monitoring of team competency and capability, and a simple user interface means that the process is quick and easy for individuals to complete their competency assessment against the existing framework.
Career planning and development is simple in comaea and the Security Profession will be able to gain valuable insights into competencies of individuals which then can be used to support resource mobility and adaptability - which is going to be key over the next few years
